We also worked with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to help encourage existing members to sign up to new regulatory service, via a series of mailings posted at the beginning of the year. A range of material was produced, including help and fact sheets, explanatory leaflets, ring binders and window stickers. On average 400-500 of these were collated and packed into a branded carrier box and mailed out on a weekly basis in response to data feeds received from RICS.
