TV's Phil Spencer relocates to Sterling to help ease the process of buying and selling a home!

July 2004

Wellingborough based multimedia design agency Sterling have teamed up with TV property expert Phil Spencer as part of a major new initiative to help make the process of buying and selling a home much easier to understand.

Phil currently co-presents award winning Channel 4 programmes: ‘Location, Location, Location’ and ‘Relocation Relocation’, and, as an independent expert in the property buying and selling process, has provided his expertise and credibility raise the profile of the project.

Working in conjunction with Phil, Sterling has produced three informative consumer guides for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The guides, titled ‘Buying your home’; ‘Selling your home’; and ‘Understanding property surveys’ have been designed specifically to address the questions most frequently asked by the public.

Said Sterling's Marketing Director, Chris Timm: These guides are extremely useful and should be very popular. They provide clear, easy to understand advice from a highly respected organisation in conjunction with a widely recognised figure.

Sterling is currently working with the RICS on a number of important projects, including one to provide articles for the RICS' Olympic 2012 website, which highlights the work of RICS members as part of the Olympic 2012 bidding process in each of the bid cities worldwide.

Closer to home, Sterling continues to develop strong links in local education. The company recently designed and printed all publicity material for the successful Schools In The Park event – which took place in Abington Park to celebrate the work of local schools. Sterling's talented design team also played a big part in the success of Northampton College's annual end of year Fashion Show, producing the programme and helping organisers raise the image and profile of the show, in which fashion students exhibit their creations.

We're very proud of our links with local education, and it's a partnership that continues to flourish and grow stronger", said Mr Timm. "Our strong reputation has gained us a number of accounts with educational institutions throughout the UK.
