Peugeot Financial Services - Customer Renewal Mailing

Using variable data creatively for remarketing

Sterling developed a series of targeted, personalised self mailers to encourage existing business users and retail customers to buy a new Peugeot. This included highlighting specific offers and placing the customer's existing registration number onto the next car up in the model range. Additional variable data such as the local dealer map and contact details were also included. This quarterly mailing resulted in a 20% increase in dealer visits from customers looking to renew and Peugeot estimate a 10% increase in renewal sales over the renewal contact programme.
