Sterling was briefed to look at ways of increasing customer response rates and improving the time to market whilst at the same time minimizing environmental waste and reducing overall costs.

We developed a single piece mailing solution (previously there were four separate items) which incorporated all the elements and removed the need for an envelope.

Following extensive test mailings and customer feedback the new mailing, which is sent to between 20000 – 30000 customers per month has dramatically improved customer take up. We have reduced costs by at least 50% and significantly improved turnaround times.
