Weatherbys Race Cards - Production quality, reliability & guaranteed deliveries
Sterling prints race cards for over 50 race courses in the UK on behalf of Weatherbys.
Key to the success of this contract is working to extremely tight deadlines whilst ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
Typically data for the following day’s meetings is received by pre-press between 4-5pm. Print and finishing take place overnight with delivery required by 7am the following morning. This is one of the reasons we operate 24 hours, 6 days a week. Sterling have a back up generator on site so, in the event of a power failure, race card production can be continued without disruption, which is vital in order to ensure the race cards are delivered to the racecourse on time.
This ongoing operation includes production for high profile meetings such as the Cheltenham Festival, where 47,000, 80 page race cards were produced on 4 consecutive days and Royal Ascot (33,000 64pp cards on 5 consecutive days).
