Remote proofing: Insite
Using Internet Explorer web browser on your computer you can view document pages, mark up corrections, or approve pages for print from anywhere you have internet access. Your organisation will have its own unique login making the process totally secure. We upload hi resolution print ready pdf files for you to view so when you sign them off you can
be confident these are the files we will print from. A brief overview of
the main feature of Insite is shown below.
- Insite can be branded to your corporate style as required
- You will receive an email telling you your proofs are available to look
at online
- Online proofs appear with different colour headers for pages to
show status;
Green – approved, ready to print
Yellow – awaiting approval
Red – rejected
Grey – work in progress
- Editing Tools – Annotation tools are available to mark up proofs for correction, including: zooming, ruler, colour separation tools, text marking
- Multiple Users – Chat to enable two or more people to work on the same proof at the same time
- You can download low resolution pdf files to print
- History – A complete record of all transactions, comments and amendment requests are kept with the job to ensure complete traceability
- Security – We print from your signed off pages
